SNARK Request
I’m posting this today because most of you are still online and I want to catch as many of you as possible.
I haz sad face.
Forces beyond my control have made it impossible for me to make it to SNARK this weekend, and I’m pretty bummed. It’s taken about a year for me to even consider attending a Tweetup because I wasn’t even sure it was something I would enjoy. I now know that it’s definitely something I’m going to do someday, when the timing is better.
For the benefit of those of us who are unable to attend, I have some requests for you guys.
- Please have an AMAZING time
- Please photograph your amazing time
- Please post photos of your amazing time on Tumblr, with tags of course.
- I want all of you to have at least one drink, just for me (it should be a double).
- Be safe
- No tears
- NO DRAMA
- Eat at least one slice of REAL pizza for me
- Eat at least one hot dog (from a sidewalk) vendor for me
- Eat at least one REAL BAGEL for me!!!
- (sorry if those last few are weird. I’m a former New Yorker and down here in Florida they can’t make that shit right).
- Someone, please hug the shit out of the people below (for me), ESPECIALLY LES because this is his first TweetUp and he flew cross country for you guys.
Hopefully I’ll be able to make it to the next one, because how else will I know that you guys aren’t imaginary?
